Mister C’s is thrilled to have been shortlisted in the top 3 for the Staff Development and Training Award which is part of the 2018 National Fish & Chip Awards.

As a Top 3 finalist business we will now progress to the next stage of judging for this award, which will involve being mystery judged, on an unannounced date (anytime between 11 October and 30 November 2017) by a Seafish appointed auditor. This judging visit will also include a review of staff training and development practices.

This award gives businesses the opportunity to be recognised for their excellence with regards to staff training and development. It also provides a chance for successful businesses to attend the national awards ceremony in London in January 2018, which is the culmination of the overall National Fish & Chip Awards.
