We were delighted to be invited to the Isle of Ely Open Day on Sunday. We were guest speaker as Winner of the Field to Frier Award alongside the current National Fish and Chip Award Champions, Millers of Haxby.
It is a great day and always in our diary as a key event for the fish and chip industry. As well as the presentations those attending learnt key skills and also get to meet some of the country’s top friers and also top suppliers too.
